About Us

Picture Founded in 1990, Blue Prints has been serving the East End with sensitive custom design for over 25 years. Architect Russell Blue attended Pratt Institute, studied in Rome and graduated in 1983. Working with many of the top South Fork builders, David Markolf, Bill Hayes and Crivello Design, the firm has designed and been instrumental in overseeing the construction of over 40 custom residences. A LEED AP, Mr. Blue has shifted his design sensitivity to Green & Sustainable design over the last several years.
