We have done a few major remodeling projects and have gone to Sorhegui Tile for each of them. The showroom is just beautiful. Their selection of tile is excellent so we have never had a problem finding just the right thing. The staff is very helpful, not only about the products they sell but they also have good design ideas. We have and will continue to recommend Sorhegui Tile.

Would never buy tile from them again. We ordered tile, most of which was in the store, but some tile had to be ordered and shipped. What was supposed to be delivered in two weeks, took over a month. They never told us that there would be shipping fees for the tile that was not in the store. It was tacked onto the bill without any explanation. Since we ordered a lot of tiles, we didn't see the "small print" and no explanation was given. Our tile guy, who was recommended by Sorhegui personnel, measured the area and told us we needed "X" amount of tiles when we only needed "Y" amount. We had a whole box of tiles left over in an unopened box and Sorhegui would not take them back. Since they were expensive tiles, this cost was quite a bit too. A little collusion going on here? Never again. They have a good selection, but wouldn't trust them again.
