Siena Marble & Tile is a beautiful showroom with an extensive selection of products in all price ranges. Pablo and his staff are very attentive and efficient and make the selection and ordering process seamless. I highly recommend!

Pablo at Siena tile is AMAZING. As a new designer in the area, he has gone above and beyond in not only supplying the most beautiful tile but in his guidance with regard to new projects. We are blown away by the level of service received by Pablo at Siena. our project was quite large and we were nervous, based on past experience, about spending so much. We received similar pricing from others but we felt comfortable with them because of the level of service they offered from the very beginning. Pablo came to our home to sort out our confusion and brought all the samples we chose to view in the light of our home. He explained the difference in the stone variation and how our choices would or would not fit in with our design plans. We are very satisfied and will recommend to everyone. Thank you for your professionalism.

A neighbor recommended to go to Siena Marble for my bathroom, master bath and kitchen project. They told me about their great customer service and beautiful showroom. They were not wrong! I used the Albertson location and they helped me choose everything that I needed. Including details I did not even think. I had no education in tile or stone or design, but Pablo helped us through his expertise and drawings. He followed my blueprints and drew out each room so my wife and I could visualize his ideas. I highly recommend their services.

This review is for the Merrick Location. We used Chris and Pablo.They were very professional with me and helped in all of my selections. I would not hesitate to use again. I also visited albatross location. They were equally helpful and courteous.

The professionalism here is just amazing. I went in with one idea for my bath and left with a completely different design that I fell in love with. I worked with Pablo in Albertson store. He was professional, courteous, and really know his tile.

I visited the Merrick and Albertson. Both showrooms are equally beautiful. I purchased a Walker Zanger backsplash and could not be happier! Best shopping experience, wonderful people to work with.

Excellent customer service. We went to the Albertson showroom and Pablo helped us with our master bath design. He was meticulous in the details. Surprisingly good prices. Won't go anywhere else after this.

I visited Siena Tile in Merrick shortly after they opened the new showroom to select a backsplash tile for my kitchen. The quality and selection of the tile was terrific, with many high-end brands and beautiful displays. Samantha was very helpful and accommodating in providing samples, and was a pleasure to work with. After I placed my order, she continued to keep me updated on the delivery date, since the tile was backordered. I received the tile in perfect condition and it has been installed. My new backsplash looks great! I would recommend Siena Tile to anyone who wants beautiful tile and great customer service.

excellent, excellent store. Siena really knows their stuff. Extremely helpful from the very beginning. We had one small glitch and they went above and beyond to fix the problem which was not even their fault. They have a huge selection of tile and stone. It was overwhelming at first but our designer, Pablo led us in the right direction. My wife and I are very pleased with our decision. Thank you!

Commented: I'm thinking about laying my ceramic "wood look" tile in this pattern.The chevron pattern is ideal when used in an open, wide space. We would not recommend this size in smaller, tighter areas because you can not appreciate the pattern.
