I had my most expensive listing yet as a realtor in prestigious Congress Park, therefore I needed to make sure my listing shined. SJT interiors staged the home perfectly to reflect the Adobe Bungalow style. The listing photos came out better than I could imagine and everyone that viewed the property stated how much they loved the staging. The staging clearly made a huge impact since the property went under contract in less than a day at full asking! Shelly of SJT interiors was a real pleasure to work with, from the very first meeting she was instantly warm and personable. She envisioned and executed perfectly all within the time frame we agreed upon. I can say the customer service was excellent since SJT Interiors will work on a minutes notice and they work on weekends as well! I was surprised that many staging companies did not work on weekends which is beyond frustrating as a realtor. Overall I can only say positive remarks about SJT interiors and will be using them for all of my future listings. I am beyond grateful for Shelly and her team.

As a real estate professional, it was critically important when I set out to stage my personal residence prior to listing, that I contracted with the best possible staging company. I couldn't be happier with the staging services from SJT. I contacted Shelly last minute, after my house was already listed, and she was very flexible and accommodating with her schedule. The furniture and accessories she chose for the house were beautiful, high end, and completely fit the house. I wanted to live there again with her furniture! While her prices were a little higher than the others I interviewed, I felt that it was more than worth it for the service and look I expect. I think it made all the difference and we went under contract just days later.

Shelly was so wonderful to work with! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our project's completion date was up in air and Shelly was really great about being flexible with us and working to best fit our needs (due to electrical issues, she even decorated in the dark!). She totally captured what we had envisioned for decor and has an array of beautiful furniture/products she uses to fit the home. We also loved the fact that she gives customers 6 weeks with the furniture versus 4 weeks like most companies. Shelly came in with short notice and pulled it together so nicely. Her eye for color and attention to detail highlight the best features of each room. We elected to have her stage the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. She incorporated my staging items in the 2nd bedroom and enhanced in the bathroom and kitchen.

We've hired Shelly do stage several of our investment properties and she consistently knocks it out of the park. From a mid-Century modern ranch to an early 1900's renovated bungalow Shelly understands the property and has a fabulous eye for detail , creativity and brings a bit of fun to the design. Our most recent property was a high end house and the furniture and accessories were exactly what was needed. On this job Shelly also gracefully worked around the exiting contractors and cleaners to get the job done on an extremely tight deadline. This property had 3 offers all over the listing price in the first days of going on the market and sold in 3 days. Our realtor also said he's never received emails asking if the furniture and accessories came with the house or where they could be purchased. We can't thank Shelly enough nor can we think of putting a house on the market without her staging.

I hired Shelly to stage my older rental home in Centennial. I was worried that I'd need to replace carpet, repaint and perform lots of other upgrades to sell the house. Luckily I found Shelly who staged my home with a very modern look that really brought out the home's selling points and hid the flaws.
