For the past year I have collaborated with Stepanie Gjervan of SKG Design on the revocation of this 1920s house and found her approach to design being inspirational, practical and very responsive to the client's design brief. I hired Stephanie to design the interiors and collaborate with the architect for an extensive, contemporary renovation of my 1920’s home in Vancouver. She developed superior, yet cost effective solutions to the design challenges and the resulting spaces were fantastic. Her many years of practicing affords her an intimate knowledge of design trends and enables her to employ timeless, yet current, design solutions. Stephanie's ability to collaborate well with the architect, contractor and tradespeople on site make her an invaluable asset on a project. Ambiance Coatings & Finishes Inc

We recently provided Stephanie of SKG Design with a Pure & Original product due to the specification of Fresco Lime paint for a unique eco friendly powder room project. Prior to making the specification, Stephanie completed a thorough due diligence process to ensure the finish chosen was a good match aesthetically and functionally for the setting. Additionally, Stephanie requested a referral to an Approved Installer for the finish so as to ensure that her client received the desired aesthetic. We hired Stephanie to help with a major renovation in our older Dunbar home, (having thought originally we could manage on our own - ha!). I cannot recommend her highly enough, She has great vision of the overall project, while also being completely on top of all the details. She worked very well with our contractor, and was mindful of our budget. She has amazing taste, but was also able to get a handle on our style, so that the finished home feels like us! She encouraged us to try colours and fabrics that we would never have been bold enough to choose, and, almost 20 years on, we still LOVE those choices. In addition, she has great sources for all interior design, and steered us to the right places. She works very efficiently, and got things done in a timely fashion. Thanks again, Stephanie!
