Southwest Blinds and Shutters

So, let's recap my experience with Southwest Blinds: - Ordered on April 8th. - Install team arrives on June 11th and says they've never installed this type of blinds before. Kudos for honesty, less so for planning who should be doing the install. - After an hour of trying to sort it out, install team realizes parts are missing and says someone from the office will call me in a few hours to update me on the materials and reschedule. - No call is received that day- After dozens of calls and numerous messages, still no answer until I receive an e-mail a week later saying materials will be arriving July 5th. - Email company to get an update and request an update from a person. No response. - Spoke with Lee on the phone and talked about everything, was told he would get back to me about making it right. - No response about making it right. - Appointment is finally scheduled for July 12th at noon. - On the 11th (yesterday) I get the text saying it's at 4p.m. I write back saying that will not work and discover the text number doesn't go to anywhere, it's just a bot that can't get responses.- I call numerous times today to try and get a hold of someone, with every call going to voicemail. At every single step of the way -- with the exception of the installers who were upfront and honest about the situation -- I feel like I've been mislead or blown off. You can decide whether that's a company you would want to do business with.

The roller shades we chose are even nicer than we thought they would be, and the crew who installed them were very thorough and even cleaned up after themselves. And thanks to our salesperson Lisa as well!

This is my second order of blinds from Southwest Blinds. Ann, the salesperson was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The blinds are beautiful and both installers were very professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this company!

It was great dealing with this company from start to finish! I needed remote control shades for high unreachable windows on the west side of my house so called them. Sales person came out right away, no pressure, very helpful, affordable and found exactly what i wanted. Was told 3-4 weeks for install as they are custom. In 2 weeks they were installed and the installers were excellent also. So happy with my experience! Great company to work with!

Installers herb and Jason were amazing. This was a very difficult installation and their perseverance and dedication to excellence was remarkable. Their attitude was always very pleasant friendly and professional. SW Blinds is fortunate to have such talented employees.

The techs were early, which was awesome and very respectful, courteous and clean. They were very efficient with their time and explained all operation and care I would need going forward. Great job guys!
