Buster and his crew were amazing! The entire process was quick, efficient and everyone on his team were very respectful of my family and my neighbors. Buster was the one that came out promptly for our estimate and he was at my house working alongside his crew the whole time. They don't just hire anyone to get the job done! The whole crew was polite, understandable and friendly. Best customer service we have ever had from a company along with a beautiful deck!! We would highly recommend SRI for anyone job.

Working with SRI for our recent deck rebuild and pergola addition was the most professional experience we have EVER had with a contractor. Buster’s project presentation was complete and addressed structural concerns and design considerations. Buster and his crew showed up on time, were respectful of our home and neighbors, cleaned up the job site everyday, and asked us questions as the project progressed to be sure our ideas were incorporated in the finished project. The non-smoking crew worked hard and was committed to being sure we were completely happy with our finished project. The project was started on the scheduled start date, stayed on-budget, and was completed in the two week window we were given. I can’t imagine using anyone else for a deck/pergola project.

SRI just put on new cedar decking for us. They finished with metal railing. It looks fantastic! The team was wonderful: professional, timely and quite pleasant to work with! I changed my mind several times regarding the railing and they were patient and easily accommodating. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has decking needs.

We could not be happier with our deck and pergola built by SRI. Buster and his team - Logan, Jake, and Chase - did an awesome job. They did exactly what they said they would do (which is extremely important me. I trusted Buster from the minute I met him, and felt certain that he was the guy for my project), and they delivered a high quality and great looking deck and pergola on time, battling through rain and snow to get it done. As the owner of a home built in 1962, I've had experience with a number of contractors, as I've had most of the home remodeled inside and out. I recently hired SRI to replace an aging wood deck on the back of my house because the prior owners neglected it. While I was hoping to do repairs vs. complete replacement to keep my costs down, multiple contractors advised me that the damage was too expensive to repair. SRI provided a quick turnaround on the estimate, started the job when they said they would, and finished on time and at the price quoted. Their crew was friendly, professional and courteous, making sure to clean up their mess. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to add or replace a deck. Great people to work with and quality workmanship.

It was great working with Joe and his team at SRI (Nate, Jergie, and Jake)! With over 20 years of experience, Joe was able to create the large patio cover that we'd envisioned for our backyard. He worked within our budget and the project was completed in two weeks (even with a snow storm). We made some changes along the way and Joe really took the time to listen--he never made us feel like we were burdening him with our questions/concerns. Joe and his crew were friendly, courteous, and punctual and I would definitely recommend them for your next project!

We used SRI for our deck rebuilt project and we can't recommend them enough! They were prompt, clean, courteous, professional and the deck looks awesome! They took down our old deck and started from scratch. We are very happy with the results.They listened to our ideas and incorporated them so professionally. No headaches with Joe, Buster and their team! We were also very happy to stay within the budget we agreed on initially. We highly recommend them!

Buster, Joe and the rest of the crew at SRI did a fantastic job on our deck. We came to them with an idea for what we wanted and they made it reality. From the first consultation to the final product my wife and I were constantly impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism that they gave us. I pretty much look out the window every five minutes to admire the great looking deck they put in for us. There were no surprises and everything was done on time and to the price that we were quoted. Our french bulldog also loves Buster. I will definitely be referring friends and neighbors to SRI.
