Starfish Properties

Stayed in a property run by Starfish in June 2018. After leaving they did not return my 400 pounds damage deposit claiming a computer error. I spent months trying to obtain a refund and no replys to emails, calls or messages. Disgraceful and unprofessional.

My 200 pound deposit was not returned and despite several phone calls and a number of emails I am still waiting (6 months later). I have read other reviews that say the same thing. Is this a scam??

Hired two flats for a weekend away. After giving a deposit of £200 per flat they were supposed to give the deposit back up to 14 after leaving the property. This didn’t happen. £400 lost. We left everything in order in the flats. I have contacted booking.com and trading standards. They refuse to answer your calls or emails. There are many people this has happened to... after checking google I was surprised at what I found!!

I was commissioned by Starfish Properties to photograph 2 of their properties. They were friendly and easy to work with and had a clear idea of what they were looking for. They provided me with a brief to work to and were good at communicating their ideas before, during and at the end of the project. I hope the images have helped their business and I look forward to working with them again in the future. I would be happy to recommend them to others.
