We are very satisfied with the project that Ben just completed at our newly purchased home in Solterra. We love our new home, however, the staircase had a "half wall" surrounding it and all the way down the stairs. We contracted with Ben to create a transitional theme horizontal metal railing to eliminate the half-walls and open up the upstairs and the staircase. What an amazing job he did. The craftsmanship is exceptional. From the demolition (properly covered up to minimize dust in the house) through his hand made metal railings with wooden posts and railing caps. The tie-in to the existing wooden floors is perfect in color and cut. We could not be happier. He was even able to create a railing "door" so that we can use it when we want to keep the pets upstairs/downstairs (will also be great for our forthcoming grand baby) - and it is removable, but swivels with hinges when attached. Ben is a true craftsman and very meticulous in the work that he does. It seems he has a fairly good pipeline of work, so if you are planning to have some custom work done, get with him soon to get on his schedule. Our railings are beautiful and very unique.

He worked closely with us on design and we came up with a great new configuration for our new bar space and living room entertainment area. We had a step countertop and replaced it with a one level countertop, which required the under counter to be raised. Ben knew exactly what needed to be done and did a great job. We also asked him to replace bead board around the bottom and top of counters. This was a challenge because of the color of our cabinets, but Ben managed to finish the new wood to perfection. He is a top rate craftsman. He is prompt and communicates well. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for custom cabinetry work.

Ben helped me bring my dream closet to life. I was looking for someone to combine our walk-in master closet space with a large second floor laundry room, and create the ultimate combined master closet and laundry. Ben was a true professional, always quick to respond to my communication and emails. He was helpful and patient when it came to ideas I came up with late in the game and additional items I requested. The turnaround time was quick, which I appreciated because I am about to give birth. All in all, I'm very happy with Ben's work and our new master closet!

Ben already uses low VOC products but when I requested he use a particular non-toxic paint, he researched what I sent him and used it for everything he made for us. He communicates very well and always keeps us updated. He's just an all-around fantastic person to work with who we trust and now consider a friend.
