Sweet Retreat Kids

Customer service is not existing. Made an order almost a month ago, and have no single status update. They are not answering phone calls, messages, emails. Is it a real store or scam?

SUPER-helpful Customer Care Team! I am in the military and, after our family's move from living 6 years overseas, lost one small part to our children's Flexa bunk bed - one small part that prevented us from putting the bunk bed together. For months we've been looking for that one last piece, and finally we resorted to looking online for the part. Well, Sweet Retreat Kids to the rescue! And they did it with such a helpful attitude. We absolutely love our daughters castle bed! It is better than we ever imagined!!! Working with Stacy and Sweet Retreat was such a pleasure. Let us tell you about our Princess Peaches' castle bed. Before it arrived, she preferred Mommy and Daddy's bed, but no more! She (and her brother) absolutely love it, and, let's be honest, what's not to love? It is perfect beyond our wildest expectations. It was packed with the utmost care and we had it assembled in 3 hours, believe it or not! Everyone who sees it is blown away. I can't even count how many pictures we have had requests for. We are sending you many, many referrals. Thank you very much. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Sweet Retreat Kids is a great company! We had a great experience with them. Stacy is awesome and she provides an amazing customer service, she answers emails very fast and responds your questions in a very detailed way, she knows her business and goes above and beyond when treating with customers and helping them place an order, clarify questions, follow up with shipping information, etc. Sweet Retreat Kids and their pink house bunk bed (bunk bed with pink and white curtains on top and below) surpassed our expectations, our daughters are very excited with it, it was a great present for them! I was happy with the order I placed through this company. I bought four furnitures for my daughter's bedroom. All came in excellent shape with easy to assemble guideline. When I had question on anything, I contacted Stacy. She is the best! Overall, I received an excellent service. I will be coming back to purchase more.

I ordered 10" wall letter from Sweet Retreat Kids. The friendly customer service rep got back to my initial e-mail the same day and worked with me to find the right style lettering. I sent links and pictures and had overall great communication. The wooden letters arrived yesterday and are beautiful. Worth every penny. Now I just have to get my husband to hang them up. I would do business with this company again!

I ordered a beautiful bunk bed from Sweet Retreat Kids, and while my children love this bed, I had a number of issues with the delivery company. The bed was left on the side of my road right after a snow storm and it was damaged (which I didn't see until opening the boxes). Stacy from Sweet Retreat helped me file a claim for the damage and also helped in ordering a new side board. Sweet Retreat also helped pay for the damage to the bed that the claim did not cover. Stacy was so helpful and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company not only for the quality of their furniture but mostly for their costumer service!!

My husband and I were searching online for a toddler bed for our daughter. We were specifically looking for a bed with a wooden frame. As such, we searched online until finding Sweet Retreat Kids. Even though we are from Canada and there were some hoops that needed jumping through, Sweet Retreat Kids took care of everything for us. Customer service was outstanding and the product itself is a perfect ten out of ten. We can't say enough great things about this company and their products.

I ordered a bunk bed for my son's room from Sweet Retreat Kids. The ordering process was easy and the bed arrived on a timely manner. My entire experience with Sweet Retreat Kids has been wonderful. From help with setting up the delivery, to the overall product. The assembly of my Victorian Tea Time house(8x10) took the 2 of us 5 hours. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My daughter is in love with her new play house.
