Technology-Concierge is the premier source for all your audio, video, lighting control, shades, and home automation service needs. We believe there is a better way to get the service you expect from your technology company. At Technology Concierge, we have changed the way people get service by providing top-notch technicians and simple, yet all-inclusive, service contracts. Alex F. Williams formed Technology Concierge in 2012 in order to be able to provide customers the quality service they had been lacking. With his years of technology experience and dedication to customer service starting a company that focuses on the two was only logical. Alex has been in the technology field for over 15 years and has experience in hardware and software support, data network administration, design, implementation, project management, control systems, programming, audio video system, video calibration, theater design…..

Be very careful using this company. After spending over 2,500$ to replace my av receiver, I found out the new receiver would not accommodate one of my speaker zones. The technician promised me several times he would be able to make the necessary repairs. I made many calls / text to the technician and the office over a period of 90 days with no response back. When I finally got a response from the owner he refused to exchange the receiver with the correct one even after I agreed to pay the difference in cost. He said it was past the return date. This is certainly NOT the expertise & customer service they advertise. Don't be fooled by their words....their actions don't match up!

Used Technology Concierge for Crestron automation and control. We knew we wanted a 'smart' home but didn't know where we should start. Alex had questions for us about how we live and would use our system that we would have never thought to ask. I wasn't sure we needed the Service Contract but between storm power outages and app updates, it's been worth it. Can't say enough about them...we are very pleased.

They can handle anything from a very large job with sophisticated needs to smaller jobs including theater rooms, lighting & music systems, computer technology, security systems, & much more. Alex has continued to keep up to date on the latest technology & can always figure out a solution for your needs! You won't be disappointed when you select Technology Concierge!

I had speakers and a sound system installed in several of the rooms in my home. I was more than impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, timing, and knowledge the technicians had. I had some questions and they answered all of them in a way I could understand and even made suggestions to make things work better. I will recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for this type of work.

Alex Williams, the owner of Technology Concierge has done several jobs for me over the years. Every single time Alex and his friendly and professional team complete the project on time and on budget. If you want cheap, go to Best Buy and buy your equipment and then install it yourself. If you want quality and most importantly technical support after the sale, then I would highly recommend Technology Concierge.

Complete new home audio / video design and installation. Have worked with Alex Williams for years and he never lets me down. He listens to the homeowners expectations, designs alternative solutions within budget constraints, works with other contractors (electrical, framing, lighting, hardscapes, etc.) to exceed all expectations. He makes you feel like you are his only customer and is not happy until you are. I would recommend him and have to family and friends.

Commented: Savant or Creston Home Automation Systems?I have to agree as well. I really comes down to the integrator! but I disagree with the statement that Crestron is "more expensive" we beat control4 and savant prices all the time! an instal...
