Garen and Armen from Techpro Builders are true professionals. Very helpful and friendly individuals who know what they're talking about and are not looking to make a quick buck. We had some issues with our heating and cooling systems at work, a different HVAC specialist recommended to us that we needed to completely replace our units. I contacted Garen for a second opinion and he came over and provided a fix that was 1/10th of the cost of replacements. Techpro Builders are my go to guys and cannot recommend them enough.

When a wall heater went out on a rental I manage, Armen with Techpro answered the call promptly, came out to the property immediately to diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs right away. He and his crew were courteous to my tenants, cleaned up well after themselves, and were very reasonably priced.

When our 19-year-old central furnace failed in late November, just as we needed to start it up again for approaching cold weather, we sought quick estimates from three established contractors for either repair or replacement of the furnace. All offered essentially the same product (a new Carrier furnace), but Techpro did so for a significantly lower price and, more importantly, could guarantee to finish the work within one week of the contract signing. They did so, and the new furnace and its digital thermostat have worked perfectly since then.

Tech pro Builders installed a new HVAC system in our home. They did a superb job. They recommended rerouting some of the venting to achieve better airflow through the house. (They are engineers by trade.) Success! The work was efficient; the installation went smoothly; the workers were very courteous, and the clean-up was excellent. I highly recommend Techpro based on price, quality, efficiency and the reliability of their work.

After providing a competitive bid and committing to a specified timeline for completion, Techpro was hired to complete a duct replacement project. The service team arrived at the specified date and time, completed the project to spec and in a professional manner, and honored the agreed upon budget, despite a minor change in scope.. Its worth noting that the Techpro principles performed periodic site visits to survey progress and to ensure that the project was completed to their standards. I am confident that we will use Techpro for future projects, and recommend them as an addition to your bid list.
