Stay Away! if things go wrong, they will not be your champion and they will not take accountability for any errors they make. I recently completed a kitchen extension and used Thames Windows & Doors to purchase Velfac windows. The customer service I received from them, on an order of over £13k, was beyond disappointing. They mismanaged my expectations on the window delivery dates (ruining my build schedule), and they didn’t order the cills and refused to admit culpability. It has cost me hundreds of extra £ to correct their mistakes. While the Velfac windows themselves are great, I would use any other supplier than them to get them. DO NOT USE!
