The Roof Medics

I am very happy I chose The Roof Medics for our job. We took several bids from respected companies before choosing them. The Roof Medics was significantly less expensive. They work as a professional team, and we knew from the beginning what to expect from each team member. They did their job expediently—on time and on budget. If I had a concern, I was able to talk to a responsible person within a short period of time. Daryl Moore is the owner of the company and the leader of his team. He took a personal interest in the project. He even came over after I made the final payment to inspect it and ensure that everything was done properly. Also, a gutter problem was encountered that was not his responsibility, and he helped resolve that as well. A roof is a long-term capital improvement. We have neighbors that told us that several years after the Roof Medics put on their roof that a minor issue arose, and Daryl made sure it got fixed without cost as per the warranty. I have no reason to doubt he would do the same for us. If anything changes in the future I will amend this review, but I am very optimistic that The Roof Medics will stand behind its promises.

Jared helped us replace one corner tile ( and one window screen that was on my wish list) . I am happy to have the business card as our roof is 20 years old! I will definitely call back with any issues, he was very kind and knowledgable!

We have used the Roof Medics for the investment properties we buy, rehab, and sell over the past four years. I don't recall how we came to find and contract them for any and all things related to roof issues, whether it is a call to them to give us an opinion of the condition of a roof or the subsequent repairs needed, but after our initial dealings with them we have considered them the first and only call we make when it comes to this critical component of the purchase and sale of a home. They are good guys to work with. They are responsive, reliable, and fair about how they approach the subtle and sometimes complicated issues of determining what best meets your needs. We simply don't worry about whether or not we got the best job for the fairest price. Good communication and follow-up are key aspects that any succsessful company needs to provide and they do this well. I'm confident they are providing this consistent good service for anyone they are working for.

I have used The Roof Medics for a minor leak I had as well as a new roof I had them put on. They are respectful, courteous and extremely good at what they do! I would recommend them for anyone looking to repair a leak to replacing their roof! E.H.
