Excellent quality and customer service! Long story short, my dog vomited on the ivory seat cushion of my gorgeous TOV chair two days after I received it. I contacted customer service to get it replaced (which I knew would be kind of a hassle for them). Obviously, it was not an issue with the quality of the product as the stain came out with Oxiclean Laundry and More but I am preparing for the next incident. Mariela went out of her way to order the same cushion (dye lot, etc.) and provide a quote for this piece.

The customer service from TOV is appalling. They are taking no responsibility in helping us (my wife purchased it) remedy their defective product yet they had the gaul to ask us for their help in the same email. Unbelievable. We purchased their Serengeti lamp in September, 2022, and recently had it professionally installed by an electrician after renovating our porch. Everyday we find grass on our entryway that has fallen off the lamp overnight to the point now where the excessively priced $439 lamp, looks horrible. We cannot turn the light on at night anymore because it shines through the top and makes it look cheap. We have even tried very low wattage light bulbs in hope that will fix the problem but alas it's been to no avail. We cannot believe how poor the workmanship is on this lamp and worse still the customer service from TOV.

ordered my dining table from tov on Nov 23 with the delivery mentioned 7-10 days, it has been 18 days and the status is bizarre, they say that the table didn’t fit in the truck and will be scheduled in a day or two, it has been 14 days until this conversation and they blame everything on the warehouse manager that he is still not getting in touch with the store and we are still unaware of the situation, we call everyday to inquire about our order but there is no news, one agent tells that our case is with another representative who is trying to get in touch with the manager and so on…. We still have no idea what is taking so long, I mentioned this to the company several times that I have our house warming dinner on the 18th and our friends and relatives are flying from different states but there is no way to get the right answer, overall our experience with TOV is horrendous.

The cream Kennedy swivel chair is beautiful and very comfortable. I am 5’9” tall and the design of the chair is perfect for myself and my husband who is 6’1”. The velvet is lovely and soft. Shipping was quicker than expected. Customer service is excellent. They responded to my questions quickly and Faith was extremely helpful! Very pleased with the whole experience

For the 10 years I'm living in the US I've never experienced such a worst fraudulent service. TOV Furniture arranged a delivery date without notifying me. I only got a message that they were sorry they missed me and I need to reschedule. On the same day, I've got an email from TOV Furniture about a request to pay money for the second delivery. They charged a full delivery fee for the first attempt when they chose a delivery date randomly arranged between themselves, and they are asking to pay the same amount again for re-delivery. There is much more to add about how they lied and eventually they are attempting to charge me hold fees. This all brought me to an entire level of filing a small claim. This company will charge you for nothing and lie to you about details that even contradict their policy and they still attempt to charge. Noneducated, and not professional!

TOV has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a Shagreen dresser and nightstand and it looks absolutely nothing like it did online. I was hoping it did, because it looked amazing in the pictures! I requested a return 2 weeks ago - not only is it $250 to return, but the return still isn't processed (I called multiple times and even called the shipping company), and it is beyond difficult to get a response. I have spent hours trying to contact TOV in regards to getting my return processed and picked up. Apparently they only have 1 person working there???? Save the hassle and spend your money elsewhere. This is ridiculous!

Horrible customer service. JUST PRAY YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The furniture looks good but is extremely cheap and does not hold up well. Also, even if in stock takes forever to get shipments of large items. We got a buffet- came with a dent on one of the doors. 7 months later, we are still waiting on the replacement door. And this is after waiting 4 months for delivery where they would blame the shipping company they hired. Our bed, the slats are not the right size. I had to use an additional board from home depot to make it work. When I asked them for help, they said it'd been 4 weeks after purchase, nothing we can do to help. The Couch- very, very cheap fabric. Stains can not be removed, no matter what the stain is. We have other white couches that have last year. This one was for the TV room, and nothing comes out of the fabric. We asked a professional carpet cleaner to steam clean the couch and see what he can with the stains. He tried for two hours, and not one stain came out! They are very cheaply made furniture, but hey, they look good, I guess.

Worst customer service ever!! Extremely rude and unhelpful. ALL buyer beware, they will make you jump thru hoops is case you have to return a defective item. They claim to have chat, email and phone support. When I reached out on chat, they said send an email, so not sure how useful chat is. On email they first said send us the pictures. After sending that, they are like send us the pictures of the box. After sending that, they are like go online and fill this claim form and provide all this information once again. Why didn’t you send the claim form when I reached out over chat. Instead of being apologetic abt sending me a defective product they are rude and unhelpful. Lastly, the quality of product is really really cheap. The pictures might make it look slick. But the item we got was extremely flimsy, made of cheapest possible materials and was really badly made. Screws were coming off the drawer channel, fabric was cut in more than one place and the frame paint job was shoddy, white patches on golden color frame and steaks of paint run down. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
