We recently had Avalon do our mud room and we love it! Not only was the final product wonderful but the customer service was amazing. I would definitely recommend Avalon.

6 years ago, we used Avalon for a finished-basement project at our previous house. We were very pleased with the professionalism of everyone involved on that project, and decided to carry them over into our new home last year, for several new basement, built-in, and wet bar area projects. They were very responsive to all of our needs and requests, communicated well, stayed on schedule and did high quality work. Would recommend them in the future.

I hired Greg and the Avalon team to finish our basement and was so pleased that he has done 3 other projects for us since. A fair price, a great eye and courteous staff. Never any surprises about cost, everything is very clear and he is great at communicating. At the end of each day the site is cleaned and organized, which is so nice when they are in your house. Highly recommended.

Greg Nolan, Avalon, did an amazing job finishing our 2000 sf basement. He helped us refine our design ideas, and was easy to work with. We built a media room, bar, bedroom and bath, exercise room and sitting area. Special features included built in bookshelves, wine room, gas fireplace with marble slab surround, and engineered wood floors. We have entertained extensively in this space and receive many compliments on the workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and his team for other projects.

Avalon renovated our basement and did a fabulous job! We couldn't be more happy with the results, and are always getting lots of compliments and inquiries about our contractor. Greg is a great guy, and very honest. I highly recommend.

Hired Avalon to update condo - installed hardwood floors, top hat and under cabinet lighting, added 3 custom built-ins, and custom painted entire space. Overall great company to work with, project was complete in timely manner, crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend and hire again.

Greg and his crew do amazing work. They built a pool pavilion and shed for us last summer, and basement renovations this year. Greg is great with creative suggestions and planning custom projects. Greg and his crew finished my basement and also built us a shed. Avalon's work was superb. Finish work was perfection and attention to every details was outstanding. Projects were completed on time and within promised budget. Greg's oversight of his subs was careful and precise. Since the projects were completed we have had absolutely no problems or issues! In addition to the extremely high quality of work I want to comment on the level of constant and accurate communication which Greg believes in and practices. No surprises. No last second changes. Nothing but up to the minute information and straight talk. He will always be my go to contractor for anything I need.

Greg and Avalon Renovation & Construction finished our basement for us 2 years ago. We put in a guest suite with kitchenette, full bath, and mud room. They were so helpful in guiding us through the process, how to make the most out of the space, and how to make the finishes match the rest of the house. It turned out amazing and doesn't feel like a basement at all. All their recommendations for what to do were spot on. We have gotten so much use out of the space and still love it! When Avalon's crew was here we put in a secure dog door in the outside door for our two pups, and they were struggling to learn how to use it. Towards the end of the job I caught one of their workers crawling through the dog door -- trying to get our dogs to follow him. :-) That's going the extra mile. We're looking forward to using Avalon again for our next project.
