The Trellis residential team are the best to work with. From our first meeting to our final walk through, Jeff Pritchard and his team provided complete attention to detail. We love the creativity and modern design the Trellis team provided by maximizing every inch of space during development. Communication is huge for us, and Jeff’s team were professional and very informative each step of the way. We highly recommend working with them if you get the opportunity!

I have had the pleasure of working with Trellis Residential for the past eight years. I have observed this company from nearly beginning to end in the building process. They are one of the most detailed and client centric companies I have had the pleasure of working with in my 25+ years in the custom case and millwork industry. Owner, Jeff Pritchard, has the rare combination of both a very good design eye and engineering mind to execute the project. I have observed him and his team bring these skills to every meeting, and to every interaction with clients, vendors and subcontractors alike, all while keeping a courteous and professional demeanor with all parties.

I have been in business since 1998, doing graphic design and photography of residential homes and commercial projects. To say their homes are beautiful… well, is an understatement. The amount of detail and unique design features in each job is exceptional. Trellis is also easy to work with and has great communication. I am excited to see the creativity that this builder has to bring to the Charleston community in all their upcoming developments.

Trellis Residential and owner Jeff Pritchard is a master of detail. Jeff has made sure our home in Mount Pleasant, SC is unique with details few others provide. Jeff has guided us expertly through the building and design process. Jeff has spent countless hours with us reviewing paint colors, tiles, lighting, counter tops, and plumbing fixtures. We are anxious to see the finished product. We highly recommend interviewing Jeff when considering your new home.

We can’t say enough good things about Trellis Residential and working with Jeff. He is incredibly attentive and easy to work with, and builds beautiful houses. He has a great design aesthetic, and came with us for every design and selection meeting throughout construction. We loved the process of building our home, and would recommend Trellis to anyone who is searching for a builder.
