Tucker Architects specializes in new homes, renovations and additions. Starting with both the site and the client's desires, we work to create a distinctive solution for each individual project. We value building relationships, and helping our clients find creative solutions and turn their ideas into workable realities. Our passion is in improving people’s lives, by creating spaces that solve the problems they didn’t even realize they had. Bill Tucker, Principal at Tucker Architects, found his love for architecture at a young age. His background includes a Graduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, studies in the Ecole de Beaux-Arts in Paris, France and work with the highly acclaimed Norman Davenport Askins Architects in Atlanta, Georgia and David Jones Architects in Washington D.C. With fifteen years of practicing primarily residential architecture, Bill has a keen understanding of construction and historic detailing. In 2003, Bill launched his own office after moving to Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife and two children. Since then, he's done projects up and down the Mid-Atlantic Coast, from Georgia to Maryland.
