Very upfront with their sales and products. They went through with us what all of our options were including doing a smaller project instead of a big one! We ended up going with a consumer product system that Twist actually helped setup. We bought it off of Amazon at our cost and they helped with the install programming and more. We couldn't be more pleased with their service and customer service!!!!

Would avoid this company. Will sell complicated, expensive system and will not correct or stand by a bad install. Refused to service and tried to charge for what was to be included.

I hired Twist to mount a flat screen TV and a pair of wall mount speakers above my fireplace and I am thrilled with the results. All the wires are hidden from view for a clean look, and the TV and speakers look and sound excellent. The staff was extremely professional and very polite. I highly recommend this company.

After getting bids from multiple home audio/video companies I decided to use Twist. They did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. Their prices were competitive,fair, and absolutely reasonable. The main reason I used Twist was because they were more knowledgeable than any of the other companies. I have passionately been into high fidelity audio and video since I was 10 years old(I'm 31 now). I know my stuff so going with Twist was a no brainer. I asked many questions when I was receiving bids. Twist simply came off as the most competent and knowledgeable. I have had some questions about my theatre post installation so I called Twist for help and what EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I have zero complaints!! Thanks Twist!!
