Mike at U.S. Window legitimately cares about doing a great job and making sure we're happy with our windows and the whole experience. We ordered 18 windows to match the Craftsman look of our old house (hard) and he guided us through the selection process, offered a competitive price, then his crew completed the installations beautifully. When Mike saw that his dealer had made a mistake on the final order he highlighted it to us, offered us options, and made sure that we would end up with what we wanted. I seldom encounter that level of forthrightness and integrity and totally appreciate it. If we need any windows in the future I'm going back to him and not bothering with bids from anybody else.

Avoid Michael Castricone at all cost. He's been the most deceitful contractor I've ever dealt with. He has not only misrepresented facts time and time again, did a terrible job, took no responsibility for it, he has continuously threaten me, shouted and made claims he would sue me for non payment, even when the job was incomplete. I can go on and on about the 1 and half journey dealing with this fraudster, but I'll just post pictures of his 'work' and you can judge for yourself.

Mike from US Window Renewal is AWESOME! I called him up to give me an estimate on replacing an aluminum patio sliding door with new double-paned vinyl. His visit was quick & efficient, he emailed the estimate with two options for replacement and was great with answering all of my (many!) questions about those options. Once we made our decision he returned to confirm the door measurements and sat with me to write up the contract. We anticipate installation in the next several weeks, but have confidence from our experience so far with US Window Renewal that it will be a success. Will try to return and add photos to this review if possible upon completion. Would definitely recommend this business!

Mike was great to work with! He was spot on with his estimates and delivery dates. Honesty is very important to us and it was great to have a professional who knew exactly how long it would take to get our windows ordered and didn't sugar coat the turn around time just to get our business (since El Niño was coming there was a little bit of a manufacturer backlog since everyone wanted to fix their windows at the same time). His crew came on time and completely cleaned up everything when done so I didn't have to vacuum. Plus they were friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I was very happy with the detailed estimate Mike provided. We had previously gotten an estimate from SGK Windows, who were sponsored by Costco, and their estimate was so vague (to include quoting the wrong # of windows) despite 3 attempts to get a more detailed estimate, they failed, so we moved on to US Windows. Mike was very helpful in window selection and we also opted to get a french door. He was able to purchase from different distributors (we chose Amerimax for windows and Milgard for the french door) to help us with selection and price. The work was done quickly and he has a small team and he checks in himself very frequently. We had no problem ever getting a hold of him--he was very quick to respond either by email or phone. A couple of the items we received had small manufacturing issues, and he contacted the manufacturers for us and met us when they came for the service call. He's a small business and he's local, which was a plus for me.

Mike and his team replace multiple old windows and added window trim. The difference is night and day. They were professional, neat, friendly and efficient. I would hire him again with no hesitation.
