Installed Karcher Design UER65 PRI 73 NEW YORK ROSETTE SET on 2 different doors a few months ago, handles have been tight initially but 2+ months later both sets loose, I removed both and found out that handles now loose and nothing you can do about it, its design issue. When I initially purchased it I was under the impression its German-made items but in reality, its made in Taiwan and on arrival I can feel that its not a good quality hardware. At this point, I can tell you if you can find a good design that you like from major USA stores just get a well-known brand at least you can get a good support and exchange if needed.
