Vince Lutheran Homes

The wife and I are in our late 60's, over the years we have either built (most cases) or greatly renovated 15 homes...by far Vince Lutheran was the best individual/builder that we have ever worked with, and by far the best built house we have ever lived in. His attention to detail without equal, made many good suggestions/recommendations along the way, has a great group of sub-contractors that are quality oriented/committed as he is...Although we had a "final-walk through" it was hard to find anything that needed fixing/doing...Vince stayed on top of everything every day of the build...this was a "custom" home ($700,000 range), unique in a number of ways and the whole building process and outcome could not have been better!

I was extremely anxious about building my home because I lived in a different town and my opportunity to be onsite would be very limited. That said, from the moment I spoke to Vince on the phone I was assured that he was the right person for the job and that the project would be great. And it was! I would hire him again without hesitation and recommend him highly (and often have) to anyone building a home in this area. He is smart, creative, easy to work with and brought the job in early and on budget.

We were lucky enough to work with Vince at Vince Lutheran Homes to build our dream home at Carolina Beach. He designed for us a custom home to fit our irregular shaped lot. We were blown away by his knowledge and insight into coastal building (He has an impressive resume of building high-end homes at Bald Head Island). He took all of my wife's Pinterest ideas and included them into the making of our home. He was upfront about all costs involved and never deviated from that. Can't say enough good things about him and his work ethic. Would absolutely use him again although we're never leaving this house!

We contracted with Vince Lutheran to design and construct our new home in Kure Beach, NC. His expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and dedication to task were exemplary! We found him to be courteous, patient, flexible and a man of his word. During the course of construction, even our neighbors, particularly on either side, came to appreciate and respect Vince. We have been in our home now for over four years and are completely satisfied with it's design, quality and workmanship. If we had to "do it all over again," we would most definitely select Vince as our General Contractor. We consider him not only a great builder but also a good friend.

Our experience with Vince has been positive and productive from the first meeting onward, throughout our various projects; e.g. full kitchen replacement in beach house, historical house renovation, and historically appropriate new garage, all on time and within budget. His initial work was outstanding and he moved with us when we moved from one house to another. VInce is creative, consistent, caring and holds to a very high standard of workmanship. Likewise, his team is experienced, respectful and cooperative. We are pleased to give him the highest recommendation. He is a man of his word, highly professional.
