We are a condo building of 84 units on 4 floors. Ideal Painting transformed our ordinary lobby and vestibule into an elegant showpiece. This company gave quick and accurate estimates and was very helpful in assisting with paint colors and a warm, sophisticated tone-on-tone design. The work was done on time and was of high quality. Prep included repairing the wall damage and poor workmanship from a previous paint contractor. Prior to working with Ideal Painting, we believed the damage was so severe, that we had no choice but to panel our lobby walls. The Ideal Painting crew professionally restored our walls and protected our alarm system, carpet and tile from dust and splatter. One year later our walls are as beautiful as the day they were painted, holding up to much traffic and regular clean up by our maintenance crew. We continue to receive compliments on their work. We plan on using Ideal Painting for all our painting needs and highly recommend their painting services.

Kevin has done work for us for a number of years, including this year. He has painted, he has done electrical work, he has seal coated our 30 foot wooden deck. His work is clean and precise. At the same time, he is very creative in unusual situations. We live on the 4th floor of a 5 story condominium. A relatively new building, we began to see cracks in the walls due to the building settling. Several people (including the builder) filled in the cracks and painted over them but no matter what they did, the cracks would return in a matter of months. Kevin installed the correct materials. Then he filled it in and painted. That was over 3 years ago and the cracks have never returned although other homeowners still have had those problems. We have recommended Kevin to friends and neighbors and they are all very pleased with his work.
