You’ve no doubt already seen that we’ve been in the ‘making things look beautiful’ business for nearly two decades. Ok, so that might seem like a rather dramatic way of putting it, it’s just that we feel that there’s so much more to painting and decorating than just running a brush across a wall. We care deeply about the results we accomplish, but we care even more about how our service makes our customers feel. The quality of our work should really speak for itself, and to make this point you can see some of our recently completed projects here. But it’s not all about the quality of the finish. Equally important is the safety of the people we work for, and work with. We also feel that it’s imperative that our clients are assured of our credentials, so here goes. All of our team members are trained in First Aid. We have full Employer’s and Public liability insurance. All Ignas operatives hold valid CSCS cards and have IPAF and PASMA training. We’re also approved by the Safe Contractor Scheme. As the old saying goes, ‘safety is our number one priority’. We hold frequent training sessions and speak regularly with other professionals whom work in our industry, just to make sure that we’re up to date with the latest techniques. We believe that, regardless of our experience, we’re never too old to learn something new. We also subscribe to many interior design, architectural and development blogs and magazines. Our thirst for knowledge never stops, and we love hearing ideas from our clients, regardless of whether it’s a domestic job, or commercial one that we’re working on. We describe ourselves as ‘high-end’ because the quality of our work is nothing short of outstanding. We only say this because it’s what we’re told, time and time again. The pursuit of perfection is what keeps us motivated and driven. That, and the looks on our clients’ faces once they see the finished result. The word we hear the most is simply “WOW”.
