The ultra violet light to reduce alergins had been installed incorrectly and was not working properly during the last service visit. It would also appear items were neglected during previous visits. Had a maintenance contract but no problems noted during previous service visits. This visit listed a host of items needed to bring system up to par. There were too many items that seemed to need replacement all at once. The service contract was not renewed so the regular cleaning of coils inside and outside was very expensive. I now will find a reputable, reliable, and reasonably priced vac contractor to service system.
