Everyone of them are outstanding professionals, always competent in their area of expertise, and always a team player. Under the exceptional leadership of Lee Dellicker with whom I have served on the Montserrat College of Art Board, the residential projects have been consistently well managed and well constructed. His team includes Charlie Mann, Jay Somers, Marc Sears, David Malmquist, Chris Koeplin, Tracey Hartford, and many others qualified staff. TMS Architects had the occasion to work with Windover Construction on the renovation of a North Shore Estate outside of Boston. The experience was amazingly collaborative with open communication and a real sense of team work. We are noted for our highly detailed residential designs and Windover was a joy to work with on this project. TMS and Windover share the same respect for quality and craftsmanship and it was a pleasure to see them execute our designs flawlessly.
