Excellent Service Susan is very knowledgeable and helpful. Susan guaranteed the correct fit of our blinds and replaced immediately the one that did not fit correctly. I would not hesitate to work with Window Elegance again.

Susan Schein was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient in assisting me with my purchase of appropriate window treatments for my new country home. Once I chose a design and color, she made, and double checked, careful measurements of 21 windows. She promptly provided me with the exact cost of the project, making sure I was able to take advantage of special pricing being offered by the company at that time. When my blinds were ready, Susan conveniently stored them for three months until my new house was completed and ready for installation. She supervised the installation and made sure all blinds were functioning properly. She assured me that if there was a problem with any blind, it would be replaced at no cost, and she has followed up to check on my satisfaction. I am very happy with the look and function of the blinds, and I highly recommend the services of Window Elegance & Interiors LLC!

Commented: Long/Narrow Family RoomWe agree with the TV on the door wall - if the loveseat feel too big, try a chair and ottoman. The mantel decorations you created look much more inviting than a huge TV :)

Commented: Guest room help!Adding light-colored curtain panels to either side of the shutters would help lighten the space by covering up some of the blue and filling out that wall - then you wouldn't have to repaint :)
