WIT Windows and Doors

Beware of this company. They're very nice when you are buying their product, if you need any repairs you're on your own their product's are very poor quality I had all windows sliders and a beautiful front door installed seven years ago I have had multiple problems with my slider handle breaking not too long ago the whole lock fell off. My front door three times in seven years the doorhandle has broke one time within the first year another time a few years ago and just recently the other night I was locked out of my house at midnight I've called left messages and emails they never returned my call I had to walk into the store todayThe owner read and listened to my messages did not have the decency to call me back. he told me I was out of luck I could pay for them to come out but that's what happens door locks break. Very Sad I wanted to support local businesses and this is how they treat there Customers.

I purchased new windows and a new front door from WIT. The process of purchasing and having the windows and door installed went smoothly due to knowledgeable and experienced sales and installation staff. Also, they have a great showroom and it was a no pressure process. Thanks Mike!
