W Stephens Cabinetry and Design

We had a truly ugly bar unit off our great room that needed a complete makeover. Decided on W Stephens after talking to Mark Prince. I knew he would be as detail oriented as I would be and I could relax and enjoy the process. The installers were all professional, courteous and tidy. The finished project is absolutely beautiful and much more user friendly as well. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Wayne Stephens Cabinetry (WSC) is the only cabinet company my wife and I will use. WSC provided the cabinets and countertops for our kitchen, bathroom and butler’s bar renovation. I worked with Wayne Stephens himself. He came out to our house, looked at our areas and asked us what our vision was. Wayne took a bunch of measurements and week or so later, he had complete drawings of our new kitchen for my wife and I to review. We went to Wayne’s office where he walked us through every detail of our new kitchen layout. He drew up a kitchen based on our requirements and let us make as many changes as we wanted. He used his many years of experience to respectfully make recommendations to prevent us from doing things we may later regret. After our cabinets were installed, we noticed some imperfections with a few of the cabinet doors (apparently this is fairly common with white cabinets). Wayne and the cabinet manufacturer’s representative came out to my house to look at them and replaced them at no cost to us with no argument. Wayne is extremely detailed. I never knew how much thought had to go into laying out cabinetry. He thinks of things I never even knew were important. Wayne is also extremely responsive. He even replies to text messages and returns phone calls while on vacation. We are planning to renovate our basement this summer and will be using Wayne Stephens cabinetry.
