ModernCity Construction

Modern City Construction completed our major flat renovation and we are extremely happy with the results. The flat had to be completed stripped included three walls (one load bearing replaced with a beam) and all plumbing and electrics removed. The work proceeded with new plumbing and electrics, bathroom tiles and wood flooring laid over underfloor heating throughout, and a new kitchen and bathroom installation. We knew there would be difficulties along the way with such a big project but at every turn Ed was easy to approach and ready to find acceptable compromises for us. Their finishing is excellent due to their attention to detail. Of particular note were the excellent services provided by their electricians, plumbers, and carpenters (especially floor laying and door hanging). I can definitely recommend Modern City Construction for renovations of any size.
