Great service from our intial appointent, through to installation and subsequentley with any after sales questions. Nothing is too much trouble for Sean and his team. I would highly recommend Audus and I am more than happy with my kitchen.

The service was really top class - a 10. Kat did a really super job on the design and I think this is what really makes us love it so much - the way the space has been used and the practicality of it. We’ve entertained there and found it to be a brilliant entertaining space. Kat was endlessly patient too when I asked for variations and totally engaged. I think she’s a real credit to your firm! All along though you were really reliable and easy to work with. Workmanship was great, the fitter was great. All kept to budget and timelines. Price wise I think it was good value. Very impressive. The products - well we have more expensive units in the kitchen than the utility and this shows, but I still love the utility (again, another design triumph). I think that shelf that goes above the bins is a flimsy and I have to get it out to bend it back into shape occasionally. We have the handle-less cupboards and those things that push them open are a bit temperamental. But I’m nitpicking in my efforts to find something wrong because overall we are absolutely delighted.

The team at Audus were a total pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great design insight from Kat, project management from John and first class fitting from Alex. They were excellent start to finish and our new kitchen is fantastic. The whole team embodies the values that they describe on their website and we really appreciated their flexibility, responsiveness and expertise. Great job, thank you!

Our Site Manager was pleased that Gary called to site to check the work and ensure all going well which is very positive. He found the fitter took longer than expected but mentioned he was young and wanted to do a good job and not just throw it together he was polite and helpful. He also thought the stone guys used were really good - so easy to deal with and did a great job, the joins are perfect. Communication throughout the project has been good. There was a misunderstanding with the washer / dryer in that it wasn’t included in the quote and once sorted took a while to get to site. We went to site yesterday and were very pleased with the kitchen, we thought it looked very impressive and were pleased with the quality and finish.

Simply superb from start to finish. I visited the St Albans showroom without much of a vision on how to tackle my new Kitchen refurb, John and Shaun quickly went to work and after an hour they had put together some amazing ideas and promised to send some visuals. As soon as I received them I placed my order straight away, it looked amazing. The installation was carried out by Stuart and his team and have been a pleasure to have in my home, putting my mind at rest from day one. The quality from Audus has been superb from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Stunning German kitchen with Neff appliances within a mid-range budget and personalised very high levels of service. We tried the usual suppliers such as Wicks and Howdens but found nothing special. Through word of mouth we visited Audus and never looked back. The range had a different look to the others and with a much better build quality. Our initial contact was with John, who listened, gave us time in the showroom and explored the options. His design was very much in line with our expectations and he handled our several updates with ease. We were then handed over to a project managers Chris and Gary and the installation was very carefully checked, measured and coordinated within the programme of our extension which over ran and was accommodated by Audus. The installation was first rate. Ged worked with a perfect cadence completing on-time but carefully and precisely. The finished kitchen is everything we hoped for. The space, the features, the look, the quality.

We've had a first class experience with Audus from start to finish - across their entire team. A really friendly, professional organisation; full of great knowledge, ideas and passion for design. Their attention to detail throughout the process has been excellent. The quality of the product is superb, we couldn't be happier.
