35 the studio undertook our extension and kitchen redesign, the results are outstanding. They helped bring our vision to life with some excellent recommendations. They listened to us, provided what we asked for with invaluable tips and the end result is our dream come true. A massive thank you to both Alex and Louise!

We used 35 the studio Ltd to design and plan our loft conversion. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly in disposition and helped us through the whole process. The company prices competitively & appointment times and dates were always kept. We were kept fully appraised throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Alex got recommended to us, We was planning on a large double garage build with annex above and summer room. Alex came up with a fantastic design to that incorporated everything we needed. Double garage with Annex above. En-suite up stairs, down stairs WC and 7x7m summer room. Alex helped not only with the design, but the planning application and the structural calcs needed. As we wanted to maximise the view we have at the rear of the build a lot of steel was needed as we wanted a triangle gable end window. This was not an everyday build due to this and needed to be done correctly, having Alex arrange everything made this a very smooth process when it could easily of been a nightmare.
