4 S Architecture

We used 4 S Architecture (4SA) to help us design our first big home remodelling project. This was the first time my husband and I had used an architect, so we were pretty clueless about the process. We were also quite nervous about whether our ideas would be taken into consideration, as we really didn't want to be bulldozed into something that was beyond our appetite for building work and budget. We were also starting a family, so had quite tight restrictions on timeline. Julia from 4SA laid all our fears to rest. In the introductory conversation, she explained the process clearly and the different types of support available. She took into account all our parameters, including timing and budget, and was very honest about the pros and cons of the different design options. Over the course of a few discussions her insightful questions and clear advice really helped us prioritize how to transform our space for our family's needs. We feel so much more comfortable with our final design due to 4SA’s guidance, and consequently now feel more excited than trepidatious about the changes to come. All the drawings were completed on time and provided for our review, with 4SA handling the entire planning process. As busy professionals with little interest or expertise in design, 4SA managed to make the process both painless and fun. I also really appreciated the optional extra support available to complete our package, including interior decorating advice and site visits.
