A&S provided me with excellent service when designing the extension to my house (Double storey rear extension & loft conversion). It was a big project that required a lot of thought and attention to detail. They were courteous, patient and creative. I am really pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Mostafa and his team at A&S Design demonstrated great technical ability with providing full planning permission for the projec accompanied by very well illustrated Drwgs which was was important as it was a complicated project. We needed a structural engineer for an urgent job in South London. We had decided to have a load bearing internal wall removed, but the overall job had already started. Hence we needed the survey and calculations carried out asap. I found the details of A&S on-line and contacted Mostafa by email. He replied immediately and we then talked by phone the next day. He quickly visited the flat and produced the drawings and calculations within a few days. He structured his fee so that we only had to pay the full payment if we decided to go ahead with the full structural calcaultions and drawings, after he reported back from his initial site visit. Mostafa was also able to recommend a builder he had worked with before for this type of work, who ultimately installed the beams and removed the wall. We are very pleased with A&S and Mostafa's work on this project and would recommend him for this type of work.
