Greg designed a superb garden room for us, converting the crumbling outbuildings into a light and spacious living room with wide doors and windows opening out to the lawn and patio area. He also supported us in securing planning permission for this and another project, helping the process run smoothly and addressing all stakeholder concerns to secure approvals. When faced with another project, we did not think twice about whom to ask!

Abito Architects were recommended to us and we have been delighted with our choice and would now whole-heartedly recommend to others. The work was competitively priced, completed to a high standard and within a good timeframe. Our questions were answered quickly and comprehensively, and our thoughts/comments were readily incorporated into the design. We had no idea how we could transform a bungalow, that had been subject to many ad-hoc extensions over the years, into our dream house, but Abito Architects have shown how we can create a modern, functional home, making the best use of all the available space. We are very satisfied customers.

I went to Abito Architects with a rough idea for a kitchen extension that I wasnt even sure was possible! They helped me to realise my idea, improving on my design with their creativeness, experience and expertise. Greg patiently reproduced drawings to incorporate last minute changes of mind and also helped me find a great builder for the job. I am absolutely delighted with the finished project, and would highly recommend Abito Architects.

Mr Musi understood the client's brief very quickly and was ready to offer new ideas and information on up to date methods. He produced a well detailed scheme with 3-D visuals and a video that scans the front and side elevations to present to the residents. He also arranged for structural engineer's input and consulted with building control on our behalf.

Architect came on time and listened to all my thoughts and concerns and delivered several excellent drawings one of which we subsequently used to build from and now live in. First class service and very reasonable invoice.
