Chris is an excellent architect and very professional as well as knowledgeable. He was able to successfully get planning permission for us at Shipley Hall Nursing Home, when previously we had been refused under the direction of another architect. His network of contacts helped us to lay the footings in good time also. Recently he helped us get planing permission on a TPO which we were able to action very swiftly. We will be using him again, again and again!!!! His pricing is very competitive and I don't know of anyone with such high standards at his prices!!! Keep it up Chris and your clients will always be lining up!!! Thank you for the brilliant service you have provided over the last 10 years to both my company and domestic abode .

Chris is personable, well connected locally and more than capable of delivering high quality architectural design services. He was great through to us being granted detailed planning consent in late 2016. Since then, we have really struggled to get the same level of focus and service, and spent more than 5 months attempting to get the construction drawings for the first half of the project, eventually giving up and going to a different provider when he stopped answering calls and emails, and submitted drawings to the building inspector against our express wish. It's been a big delay to the project, and a big disappoint after such a promising start.

We undertook the survey, design and obtained planning permission for this project which consisted of converting a Victorian chapel and associated Hall into two private dwellings.
The Client ended up being quiet difficult to get along with, their "limited project management" experience and "bossy way of communication" together with them being unwilling to listen to our advice and how to use a private Building Inspector as part of the design team became very frustrating.
We actually obtained a Building Regulation approval to the dis-satisfaction of the Client.
An unpaid invoice broke our terms and conditions and engagement.
Sometimes it is best to let them get on with it under their own merits.
Good luck and i am sure the project will be fantastic when complete.

Excellent architectural designers as well as highly professional. Highly recommended for the very detailed and refined project that was rejected previously on numerous occasions by different architects.

I hired Architectural Building Design Services to draw up plans for our extension and to submit them to the council for approval. I was very happy with the service ABDS provided. They came to our home twice to make sure they knew what we had in mind and made some very useful suggestions which we hadn't considered. ABDS were very quick with the drawings and kept us informed about the progress of the plans through the planning process to the end. I would highly recommend Architectural Building Design Services to anyone.

W4W Building

One of our clients required an architect to help plan and design a refurbishment on their property which would be within planning laws and make the best use of the space available. I put Chris in touch with our client and they were overjoyed with the service given by Chris and the end product. I have worked on a number of projects over the years with Chris and I have always found his work excellent.
