We worked with Lior for about a year in total on a complete renovation of the bottom floor, connection to the garden and oudoor landscaping of a Victorian house. Lior was both the architect desgner as well as project manager liasing with the builder's team. As with any project of this size there were plenty of surprises and challenges to overcome. Lior was always by our side to offer advice, help with queries or follow-up and provide updates. We wouldn't have been able to do it without him and are very pleased with the result and the team he brought in. We're probably done renovating for this lifetime, but if we were to ever do it again we'd pick Lior! :)

Brosh Architects worked with us on the incredible transformation of our ex-council house into a spacious, functional dream home. We found Lior Brosh through a personal recommendation. We asked him to give us ideas on how to sort out a massive damp problem in our basement and patio. We live in a Victorian terrace house in a conservation area in London. He listened to what we asked for and gave it to us.He was extremely professional at all times. He managed the whole process. We worked with Brosch Architects to renovate and extend the ground floor of our house. This was a fairly complex project and required a great deal of thought around the engineering aspects, as our house is 5 stories tall and has limited access. Throughout the project, Lior came up with many creative ideas and options, but was also very open to our input, and we collaborated extremely well to develop a living area that is not only beautiful but also practical and functional. It is a truly stunning space that has completely changed the way we live in our home. Lior never compromises on finish and his attention to detail is second to none. In particular the flexible lighting scheme he developed has transformed it from a dark basement to a light filled and airy family room in the day, and an excellent entertaining and media space in the evening. He has an excellent relationship with the building contractors that he works with. He also managed interactions with difficult neighbours with patience and professionalism. He was a joy to work with and we highly recommend him.

Lior Brosh of Brosh Architects was the architect and project manager for our renovation of a period terraced house in North London in 2020-21. Lior was a brilliant architect and designer, and did a fantastic job of thoughtfully renovating and extending our house. He proposed some great ideas that retained the original character and elements of the house whenever possible, but then added some modern design and features that were beautiful, stylish and practical. In particular he designed an amazing kitchen extension, and renovated a period living room - both of which we absolutely love. Lior is also an incredibly nice, dedicated and thoughtful person to work with, and we really enjoyed going through the process with him. We’d 100% recommend him to anyone looking for an architect.

Being a picky person myself, i spent plenty of hours in search for an architect who shared and understood our vision for a complete refurbishment project. And how glad was I to have come across Lior! It was such a pleasure having him onboard. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process, especially the variety of smart concepts that Lior came up with, giving a whole new modern feel to the project, with clever details totally transforming the place. We hired Brosh Architects in 2014 to redo our bathroom and again in 2015 to design an extension and renovate the existing ground floor. Our architect, Lior, did an amazing job from start to finish. He helped us with planning applications, he gave us some beautiful options for both renovations, he gave us excellent advice throughout the process and he was on site a lot to instruct the builders. I will not hesitate to hire them again for our next project.

I hired Brosh Architects to do a full design and refurbishment for my 3 bedroom apartment in Westminster. He was excellent at all stages of design, tendering and project management, providing great communication, organisation and design skills as well as a good eye for value for money. I'd recommend Brosh to anyone looking to undertake a significant piece of design and build work as they really take a lot of the stress and difficulty out of creating a great result at a good price.

Stunning. Jaw dropping. Beautiful. These are adjectives that would come to mind when asked describing the outcome of the project. But I should also add the experience to get to this outcome has also been extremely pleasant. Lior shines with his enthusiasm, passion, eye for detail and skills to listen to the client's visions. He is service oriented throughout and couldn't make it any easier for the client.

Lior designed and managed our loft conversion and has been an utter joy to work with. As we are not based in London where the work was being done it was a potentially stressful situation where we couldn’t oversee anything. Lior kept us informed at every step of the way, sending photo updates and communicating every little detail and interaction with builders, building control etc. He is highly professional, trustworthy, extremely personable and does his job with a genuine desire to please. The build went seamlessly, finished on time and within budget and looks amazing. I would recommend Lior’s work unreservedly.

Lior Brosh was both the design and on-the-job architect for our conversion of two rooms into a luxury main bedroom and en-suite bathroom. His design was both creative and stylish, with many lovely features. During construction, he was attentive and authoritative, A truly gifted professional!

Lior Brosh at Brosh Architects provided an incredible all-round service to us on our recent flat renovation in Hampstead. We selected him from 4 alternative architects we interviewed because of his aesthetic and his "can-do" attitude which came through from our first meeting. After recently successfully finishing our full flat renovation including extension into the rear garden we can honestly say we never regretted out decision. Here are some of the highlights of working with Lior: * He is thorough and detail oriented. No detail was too small to provide us with assistance or walk through options (fixtures & fittings, paint colours etc) with us to integrate into the overall design. * He is sensitive to the period details of the property. Our flat is a Victorian row property which had been badly converted to flats in the 1970's. Lior's inspiration was to reintroduce as many of the original Victorian features that had been destroyed, while completing the goal to have a modern, bright airy space. We reinstalled the Victorian staircase and pre-distressed wood flooring as well as Victorian style outdoor lamp and door bell. * He provided several high quality alternatives for contractors that he had worked with before and selected one of them. They were professional, transparent about change orders (which all came from hidden existing conditions and changes requested by us) and respectfully made changes, improvements to their work when necessary. This was a complicated full gut-renovation including removal of walls and installation of RSJ's. *He is a super project manager. This was one of the most important aspects as we were based overseas whilst the work was underway and therefore we were unable to oversee the contractors. Lior was always on the ball with an eagle eye and was not afraid to require the contractor to repeat a job more than once to ensure the finishing was just perfect. *He is just a great person. Every meeting we had he met us with a smile and fresh coffee from the local cafe. We would consider him a friend at the end of this process. He is always polite but not afraid to push back where necessary, whether that related to the council planners, the contractors or other vendors. In summary, Lior provided a vision which we immediately responded to and we are extremely happy that the vision has now been realized in full even better than we could have expected at the start of the process. We are extremely happy in our transformed home. We would not hesitate recommending Lior to anyone.

Brosh Architects did an extension and complete home renovation for our semi-detached 3 (now 4) bedroom house in NW London. The level of artistic style, stunning design and bespoke comfort that Lior and his company managed to eke out of our originally very poorly built hovel is just plain incredible - every day since it feels like we've moved into something that would make Grand Designs envious that they didn't follow our project. We now have a spacious, beautiful kitchen as the heart of our home, a gorgeous, tall. full glass-backed extension with spacious roof (without blocking the neighbours right to light) with sunshine entering from all directions, a luxuriously spaced entertainment deck and 2 washrooms that are elegant, comfortable and sumptuous, All aspects were thoroughly thought through and integrated into our plans. Everything about working with Brosh Architects was a delight and a pleasure. The design phase was handled well with a deft balance of structural integrity, architectural vision and, most importantly, our comfort and needs all put together into a very reasonably priced proposal. The company worked with us and helped us through the entire process - the inevitable back and forth with planning (none of it due to Brosh Architect's designs by the way), the on-point selection presented of all the items that elevated the interior and exterior (nothing cheap and cheerful, nothing overpriced - just beautiful, good quality items to complement and enhance the design) and then the ongoing communication and holding-to-task inspection of the work of our chosen contractors and builders, including some inevitable changes where we decided on a few tweaks. It is possible to get architectural firms that ask for a cheaper rate and to get a bog-standard McCube of a house with no inspired design or peace of mind over any aspect of the process or work being done , and it's sometimes possible to be charged several times more than Brosh Architect's rate and still not end up with what you want because you're just another customer with a faceless firm (I've got friends and neighbours who've been through both). Since the architect's fees are relatively small compared to the rest of the work, it's important that you get this choice right (I truly believe Brosh Architects ended up saving us the equivalent of their fees several times over in unwanted and unexpected builders costs with their oversight and contractor inspections). We have gone through this process with absolute peace of mind and we love our house - our friends who saved on these upfront costs haven't had the same experience. The end result is that we have a home that is not just perfectly suited to us, a space who's dimensions just feel right but also a house that is stylish and elegant and has appreciated in value way more than the investment was (as confirmed by several agents we've invited along since).
