We were recommended Cadoo Studios as an architect and we have since recommended Cadoo to our friends and family as well. Idrees was our main contact who has been extremely helpful throughout the process. We were not the easiest client as we changed out minds several times about our plans and Idrees had no issues to accommodate our needs. In addition, Idrees was extremely responsive even late in the evening as I sometimes was coming home late, Idrees was available on the phone even gone 10pm. I was really impressed with the level of detail Idrees provided with the drawings and 3D visuals and the amount of effort that went in to our planning application. Also, how even now through the project, Idrees has been there when the contractors had questions or any issues that needed addressing as a result of building control, for example. The only thing I will say is if you are going to use his recommended structural engineer to make sure they come out on site before doing any drawings. In addition, to make sure a work plan and deadlines are in place. We had some minor issues here, I know the individual had some personal difficulties at the time which is understandable. However, these were the only minor issues we had and I want to make it clear that this is not a reflection of Idrees at Cadoo who were extremely helpful in resolving these issues. I cannot recommend Idrees and Cadoo studios enough! Our building work is ongoing but I look forward to being able to show the before and after pictures of the finished product.

We brought Cadoo in to assist before our loft conversion started. This was because there were issues with our old drawings and a previous architect that had put those plans together. Our builder had suggested that the project was virtually impossible with seemingly incorrect previous calculations and drawings. Cadoo seamlessly went about correcting those errors and expertly amending our drawings. This not only meant that the build was easier for the construction team, but their knowledge and attention to fine detail also saved us literally thousands of pounds. I could not recommend Cadoo more highly. Easy to talk to, excellent communication, expert advice.
