We needed an architect who could remodel (and extend) our 1920s house to suit modern living yet be able to offer excellent integration because the house is in a conservation area. Giovanni has delivered beyond expectations! We get wows from all the visitors, particularly on the building and space design. Giovanni also took great care of the whole planning process which ensured the planning permission was granted timely and successfully. Giovanni works very efficiently, great communication and no delays, we couldn’t be happier!

We have worked with Giovanni on our home for 10 years. He is very easy to work with, very accommodating of our ideas, and super responsive during the build phases when we needed advice. As an Engineer, I would say the best bit is his background in construction. This meant the digital plans were immaculate, highly detailed and contained everything I needed as a self builder. If the phrase is "stick to the plan" then if you stick to a Giovanni plan, your home will be millimetre perfect.
