I have used the services of Mr Spencer on a number of smaller projects, and was always very pleased with the results Recently i had a contentious building plot in a conservation area of Frinton on sea which planning had already been refused at appeal, i instructed Mr Spencer who liaised with the local planning and highways departments, and came up with an inspirational design on which planning permission was granted He's knowledge and input on achieving a high specification,build and finish within budget was invaluable
