Forward Planning & Design Ltd is a small Architectural Practice based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, which was formed in 2005 by Jonathan Holmes who has in excess of 20 years experience in the industry. Preparation of Planning & Building Regulations drawings and information in Autocad format and submission to Local Authority, etc. We undertake a wide range of projects including Commercial & Retail, specialising in Residential Design, taking on projects from New Build Housing, Barn Conversions to House Extensions & Loft Conversions. We are equally at home working with homeowners, builders, developers or large businesses.
