Received excellent support from Francis Associates in respect of a planning application to convert a grade II listed chapel in a national park in to a 4 bedroom residential property. The scheme was very well received by the planning officer and heritage officer and the consultative approach enabled planning permission to be swiftly obtained for an exciting scheme that exceeded my initial expectations.
