Future Management & Construction Ltd (FMC) was set up by James Clark as a private limited property development & building company looking for profitable property development opportunities, primarily in the Sussex area. Having worked in the building industry since leaving school James has experienced all aspects of the building trade. The FMC team is made up of highly qualified, hard working, professional and motivated building contractors, who have a wealth of experience and knowledge across all trades. We continually train and update our team to stay abreast of new applications and techniques which enables us to carry out a wide range of construction projects. FMC consists of two main business areas – a property development business, and a general builders service. We enjoy working with clients to create new homes and spaces. When required we work closely with Architects, Planning Officials and local building control to ensure your project complies with current building rules and regulations. We provide hassle free, full property maintenance and building services. Being leaders in property construction, refurbishment, new builds and maintenance, we have developed a large clientele that remain loyal to our services. FMC offers a complete service for both commercial and domestic properties. Combining quality and reliability we give you complete peace of mind. We have our own workforce covering all major trades which allows us to provide a quick, personal and cost effective service to our clients. We also have a small works and main contracts department. For these types of projects, a meeting to discuss client requirements can normally be scheduled within a few days. We are more than happy to help clients who are unfamiliar with the building process in the handling of planning, drawing up plans, engineering, calculations and building regulations approval if required.
