Based in Garmouth, where the River Spey joins the Moray coast, Future Plans Ltd was originally established in 1999. In April 2017, we acquired the business due to the previous owner moving on to enjoy retirement. We re-branded as Future Plans Architects Ltd. Originally trained as a time served carpenter and joiner, our principal architect, Stephen Carr, has worked in the construction industry for more than 30 years, with many years’ experience directly as an architect. Stephen’s hands on, yet creative approach is borne out of his background working on the tools and a solid understanding of the practical aspects of construction. He has experience of a vast variety of projects, across many different sectors, including his own current self-build project. Stephen and his team are here to enable you to create environments, interior and exterior, which are both pleasing and functional for the people who live and work in them, in addition to adding value through first rate, practical design. We are able to take out the complexity of the planning and building warrant stages, all the way through to project completion, tailoring our level of support to your individual requirements.
