I worked with Geoff on a complicated central London House remodel. I was working as project manager, GCA were appointed as architects and were instrumental in developing a plan for the property which incorporated a radical rerouting and rationalisation of the vertical circulation to the house, incorporating a new stair and lift within the old six storey structure. The removal of an original rear two storey extension, replacing it with a new bigger extension at basement and ground levels with a roof terrace at first floor. Windows were changed throughout. There was a challenging client on this project, generating many iterations for the design, but GCA rose to each of these challenges, as they developed, without drama. Sometimes gently guiding the client away from ideas that may have later led to problems. GCA took the project through the planning and conservation area consent process. Their meticulous attention to detail enabling rapid responses to queries during this period. Geoff Crowther showed professionalism throughout, developing creative and elegant solutions, pragmatically navigating a route through the process. A good set of hands.

Geoff is detail orientated but pragmatic and will address all functional and aesthetic needs for your build. He provided us with design, drawings, bill of materials , tender documents, selection of builder and project management and (subject to the usual issues of contingecy) our work was completed on time and on budget. I would and have recommended Geoff to others.

Geoff took on a property development (mixed commercial and residential) for us through design, quotes, appointment of contractors and project management. Throughout he was thoroughly professional, always on hand to answer questions and to deal with problems and fully in command of expenditure ensuring that we got value for money at every stage. He made excellent use of space proving us with modern, high value rentals that were easy to let. He has been very helpful all through the process and has continued to be so for the two years since its completion. We found him to be personable, friendly and very easy to get on with and would highly recommend him for both commercial and residential projects.
