Our project was an extension and conservatory on a complex existing bungalow (that had previously been converted with dormers and various small extensions). Glynn took time to understand our needs and helped us through design concepts, which we honed over a few sessions to balance practical needs within complex constraints of our existing building to come up with a solution meeting practical, aesthetic, and budget needs, allowing for future flexibility as well. Glynn is calm and very patient , he helped to mediate between ideas from my wife and I to come up with a balanced solution. He led us through building regulations to ensure our new project would be compliant, explained planning needs and successfully applied for our planning. He has contacts that have worked quickly and efficiently to accurately survey our existing building and assist with Structural Engineering, Energy Approvals & Building Control. Glynn works well with the builder we appointed and suggestions from all are welcomed and built in to overcome issues as we find them on site during the works and help focus us on ways the project will best benefit us. Glynn is prompt and does what he says he will do, we have enjoyed working with him and would be very happy to recommend him to others.

Glynn was really professional from start to finish with his designs. He was very helpful with his thoughts on the extension and the documents were completed quickly. The detail within the design was accurate and now the build is almost complete I love it.
