About Us

Preston based architectural designer specializing in house extensions, New houses and small commercial buildings.

Professional Information

I studied a degree in architecture at the University of Lincolnshire graduating with second class honors in 2001. After graduation I worked as a draftsman for United Utilities and then gained professional experience at Michael Rayner Associates over four years. I have work projects ranging from preparing drawings to full contact administration. In order to further my career I moved back in to education in the form of a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture of which I graduated from in May 2009.

Very professional. Everything was done promptly and in great detail. Graham and Robert were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. They came up with good solutions for problems and were readily available to speak to external organisations such as the building control officer and dental surgery fit companies. Would highly recommend.

TI would have no hesitation in recommending Graham for architectural design work. Graham provided some excellent drawings for our proposed single storey extension. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely friendly and approachable. He listened to our own ideas of what we wanted and recommended some improvements which we ended up taking forward. Graham was also very helpful and knowledgeable with respect to planning process and developmental control and liaised directly with the relevant contacts for us.
