About Us
Horseman Architects Limited is a friendly and approachable RIBA Chartered Practice, now well established in South Devon. We pride ourselves on the range and quality of services we can offer to our clients, based on a comprehensive international background and experience established over decades.
We can provide a full design service from inception to completion, or partial services according to client requirements. We also have extensive experience related to Listed Building, and working in Conservation Areas. We have a particular focus on Special Needs, often working in tandem with solicitors and Case Mangers to provide adapted accommodation related to a range of disabilities. We are also experienced in primary school alterations and extensions, working with both Local Authorities and Academies.
Services Provided
Identifying suitable properties, concept design, design development, planning applications, conservation aspects, renewable technology options, tendering/procurement route options, tender drawings and specifications, Building Regulation negotiations, construction phase site monitoring, post-completion warranty reviews. A 'concept to completion' package, or any combination of the services listed.
