Established in 1987 by Director Rick Clarke MCIAT, we have over 30 years experience in residential extension work, having successfully completed many hundreds of house extension & remodeling projects, loft conversions, change of use projects, HMO's, new build houses and apartments etc. In addition to this, Rick has over three decades experience working as a consultant to several large Architectural practices at senior level, managing much larger, complex projects with values of up to £160m. As you'll note from the name of our business, house extension and remodeling is our specialism. Our work is of the highest quality and our prices are very competitive. Our approach is always about context, and respect for the existing building and its setting. We don't simply draw plans, we work very hard to find solutions to our clients needs, so that they can use their homes to the best of their potential. Sometimes that can be simple but quite often its about finding the key move that unlocks the potential of a property.
