Harjeet Suri BA [Hons] Dip.Arch ARB RIBA Harjeet Suri has over 10 years of architectural and urban design experience. His wealth of experience and expertise have allowed him to be party to an eclectic range of projects both nationally and internationally, with a project profile that comprises high-end residential, single aspect housing, high-spec internal refurbishment and mixed-use developments. Whist working at NG-Architects Harjeet focused on socially geared community development, planning process, design detail and contract administration. He is now the 'Head of Design' at Niveda Realty, a multi-family office focusing on property development in 4 distinct sectors; Private Rented Sector, Student Accommodation, Hospitality and Senior Living. His role within the organisation is a dynamic and multifaceted one, flowing between all RIBA Stages of Work, with a keen focus on design excellence. His ability to appropriately decipher current trends, changes in statutory policy and client needs into his work is accentuated by his keen attention to detail encompassing all fields of design. Harjeet is well versed in all JCT Contracts either through singles stage or two stage procurement routes. Value engineering and understanding project costs are key drivers within his practice, working closely with QS and viability assessors to ascertain project costs and returns. His involvement early in the design stage, producing massing schemes to explore the full value of a site has ensured successful delivery on a wide range of projects. Through the design process Harjeet has been actively involved in contributing advice on purchase, design intent, project briefing, planning and construction phases, to project hand-over and post occupation reporting. Harjeet has recently opened HSD Developments [UK] Ltd where he offers Architectural, Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services for advance clients within the Developer Market or Private Investors. This is usually a higher net worth value of development aimed at the commercial markets. Projects are priced on a 'Project by Project' bases.
